General Contractors: We understand that general contracting firms are as diverse as the field of specialty trades in the industry. We’ve created plans with your company in mind – by segmenting our pricing as it relates to the number of projects you begin in a month, we truly feel we are speaking to each contractor individually. A large, national general contracting firm will start many more projects than a more focused general contracting firm that only takes on about three projects per month.

Specialty Trades / Subcontractors: To say that specialty trades typically get the shorter end of the stick when it comes to software and pricing catered just for them would be an understatement. Specialty trades can easily start more projects than a general contractor by ten fold on any given month. As such, we have created our pricing to align with the number of projects your segment of the construction industry manage.

Materials / Equipment Suppliers: In our experience with construction suppliers, we see the greatest need to ensure lien rights to protect coupled with the greatest difficulty gathering the information required to do so. In addition, the shear volume of waivers a supplier must manage can be overwhelming and so we've created our pricing to align with the number of projects your segment of the construction industry manages.

Construction Labor Suppliers: Most often, labor suppliers provide workers to specialty trades than general contractors. As such, we took in to consideration the number of projects you may be extending services to as we did with the specialty trades. We understand that you will be contracted on many more projects in a month than a general contractor more often than not, so we ensured you had the flexibility you needed when deciding on a subscription level.

Design Professionals: We've found that design professional firms fall closely inline with how general contractors work – not taking on too many new projects a month. As such, we aligned your project allowance per month to mimic general contracting firms.
